There are two ways to form this size by hot work, Hot Press and hhot spinning.

Hot spinning is used to fabricate the non-standard and medium&large volum thick head plates. FM4 hot flanging machine. Range: Dia 17000mm-4200mm. Thickness: -80mm.

Hot press is used to fabricate the based head plates, which are very thick or made of special materials. 630T Automatic hydraulic press 2000T automatic hydraulic press. 6000T automatic hydraulic press. Range: Dia 76mm-3200mm. Thickness: -250mm.

Our company are ASME U&U2 stamp holder and can provide Dished Heads as PED/NB/GB/ASME standard.
