Segmental dish head carbon

Yixing Hokai manufactures segmental tank heads which utilize a variety of alloys and carbon steel. We fabricate, trial fit, match mark, knock-down, or weld our tank heads with a trimmed, tapered or beveled edges.

 From either normalized or as-rolled plates, our head types range from flanged & dished, double knuckle, semi elliptical, toriconical, to hemispherical and dished only.

Our in-house robotic trimming allows for faster production while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Our segmental heads have a diameter of 20' to 120' and a thickness of 0.25" to 5.5". To ensure high quality, we rigorously test and inspect our components. With a lead time of only 2 to 4 weeks, we can deliver 1 to 400 units. To learn more about our manufacturing services, 

Our company Hokkai is ASME U&U2 Stamp and can fabricated Dished Heads as ASME/PED/GB/JIS standard etc.
